Hi, I’m looking for a cost effective means of transport to take small-scale Malawian farmers produce to market in South Africa. Ideally I’m looking for a small Malawian transport operator who can take our produce and who would otherwise return to South Africa with an empty truck as many do since the quantity of goods arriving in Malawi far outweigh that that goes back down. Any help would be much appreciated,
Indeed you are right, its not easy for many transporters to get back-loads. I can possibly connect you to transporters who may like your loads, but then if its frequent shipments then transporters will be changing also. To begin with would you let me know the estimate in Kg or tonnes of your load.
